This problem has been driving me nuts. I tried uploading the FBX file and error comes up saying sorry we had trouble receiving your upload and when I upload the zip file it says unable to map the existing skeleton. Is there a size limit to what you can upload? I tried an FBX file that was 11mb and it worked but when I uploaded a larger file that was 600+mb it didn't even tried uploading it automatically said saying sorry we had trouble receiving your upload. I also followed the directions on how to upload zip file for obj files with texture and it still didn't work either but when I took the obj file that was in the zip folder and uploaded it by itself, it worked. Please, I need some serious help. Thanks in advance.

Can I switch environments for Launch using the developer console like I did in DTM?
I used to be able to use
localStorage.setItem('sdsat_stagingLibrary',true)
In the developer console to switch to my staging library in DTM. Is there a similar command in Launch that will switch my library?

Perhaps it would have been easier to use a scanning software that enabled you to convert the negative to positive during the scanning process. I know, hindsight is always 20/20.

Welcome to Adobe Stock! I took a look at your portfolio and your initial uploads look fantastic! You are definitely on the right track. As others have indicated in this forum, you will need to increase the overall volume of your portfolio. In fact, if you can get 300 files online this year you will qualify for a free year of Creative Cloud Photography plan.
One item of note, I took a look at your yoga photo (which you should upload more from the series if you have them) and your keywords were thorough and accurate. One important item of note however is that the Adobe Stock search engine puts an emphasis on the first 7 keywords. In other words, it is critically important you list the most important/relevant keywords in the first 7.

Pixelated 360 video at 60 fps
Hello! I made a short 360 animation in Maya and imported the image sequence to Premiere Pro. The dimensions are 4096 × 2048 at 60 fps. After exporting the video, it looks very pixelated. I have double checked the sequence settings and exporting settings are h264 and "match source high bitrate". Why is the video blurry and pixelated? It's like watching a video with a poor internet connection.
edit: the pixelation issue disappeared when I changed the framerate from 60 to 24 fps. Why is that?

OK, does this help? I have clicked the edit selection in the right click menu that comes up and get this
If I click the "Choose Color" box, I get this.
If I try to edit an item that is a "child" under the Category, then there is only the option to select a photo for that entry. Color me a bit confused at this point. I do appreciate the answer.

There are a couple of different Chrome extensions that can help you switch your environments, but there isn't a console command that will switch your library. Please use one of the Chrome extensions listed below:

Robohelp 2017 - Webhelp - Calling topic with URL not working in IE 11
Converting projects from Robohelp 10 to 2017. Discovered using this type of URL eg: X:/helpfolder/startpage.htm#path/target_topic_1.htm (reference to this info http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/calling_webhelp/using_urls.htm ) does not work properly in IE 11 but does in Google Chrome.
In IE 11, the full topic page displays with the Show link - but without the TOC/Search panes. The Show link returns the default home page along with the TOC/Search pane - not the topic page.
Any help out there would be appreciated.

I really apologize for the inconvenience and the poor experience you had while using Adobe ExportPDF service. I'll do my best to make it right.
You have an active membership of Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID(email), please try exporting any PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
In Adobe Reader, please sign out, reboot the machine once and then sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password.
Check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine if you install any updates, then try exporting any PDF.
If you still experience any issue with the Adobe Reader desktop application while exporting any PDF, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and try exporting any PDF file.
You may also refer to the article for more troubleshooting Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
The support for Document Cloud services is available on Adobe Forums only.

I hope you get one from Adobe. Users here do not have access to Adobe Code. No matter the search on windows will vary between installs. There is a 32Bit Photoshop Install and a 64Bit Photoshop install and each Photoshop version install has plug-in folders the that are only used by that version's install they are not shared between versions. Folders may contain the same file in different versions of Photoshop but the folders are not the same file are not shared between version. except for Adobe Camer Raw and still there four version of Adobe Camera RAW.

What we have here is someone in the Adobe pre-release program violating their NDA. IIRC this is grounds for expulsion from the program.

There's no option to set audio playback preferences to 'none' but I'm assuming you mean setting it to Adobe Desktop Audio - I did try this before posting and while it fixes the issue of sound cutting out the audio playback itself is very glitchy and with each glitch it gets further out of sync.
I'm tempted to just order a more up to date Decklink card and see if it helps.
